Accurate landbases form the foundation for successful geographic information system (GIS) projects. United Geo Technologies, Inc. follows an entirely digital project workflow, beginning with processing of airborne GPS and IMU data, review of imagery captured by digital sensor, (or in-house scanning of aerial film negatives if required,) and fully digital analytical aerotriangulation. Extraction of planimetric and topographic data, digital terrain modeling, data enhancement, quality assurance and control (QA/QC), and digital orthophotography work is performed in an image-based, stereoscopic 3D softcopy environment with UGT’s Titan Workstations and 3D monitors.

Planimetric features captured will be photogrammetrically extracted in stereoscopic 3-D using high performance digital photogrammetric workstations. Planimetric and topographic features are captured using high-powered KLT Atlas photogrammetric software, and then are expertly translated into MicroStation, AutoCAD or ESRI formats for final delivery to client specifications.
